Refund Policy

3.1 Credits are non-refundable. Credit packs are prepaid, and purchased credits — whether used or unused — are non-refundable. BSA is a drafting and preparation tool that produces a professional first draft of schedule work product for your review; it is not a finished or certified deliverable. A BSA output is expected to require review and revision by a qualified scheduler, so dissatisfaction with a draft is not, by itself, a basis for a refund. Purchased credits do not expire.

3.2 Service-failure exception (case by case). If BSA materially fails to produce an output you spent credits on because of a fault on our side — for example, the software errors out and does not return the deliverable — contact us at ai@bigstate.ai. We will review the situation and, at our discretion, restore the affected credits or issue a refund for that transaction. These are handled individually, case by case; they are not a general satisfaction guarantee.

3.3 Billing errors. If you believe you were charged in error, contact ai@bigstate.ai within 30 days and we'll investigate and correct verified errors promptly.

3.4 How approved refunds work. Where we approve a refund or credit restoration under §3.2 or §3.3, refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and any corresponding credits are adjusted in your balance. We do not issue cash for promotional or admin-granted credits.

3.5 Asking for credits back on a run. Billing is live: AI actions spend credits, and credits are debited on success only — a run that errors out and returns no deliverable costs you nothing. If a specific run did let you down, you can ask for that run's credits back from inside the app. We attach the run's own record to the request, review it individually under §3.2, and decide. Approved requests are returned as credits to your balance; that path returns credits, not cash, and nothing is automatic — a request is a request, not a guarantee. Where we approve a cash refund under §3.2 or §3.3, it follows §3.4.
